A woman lies on her back on a cork mat with a cork roller under her shoulders in a sunny living room.

The ten-minute routine

Roll out the mat and work through four steps at whatever pace you like. Skip any step you don't feel like doing.

  1. 01

Roll. Lie back on THE LONG WAY and roll slowly from the shoulders down. Pause where you like.

  2. 02

Press. Lean into ROUNDABOUT or TWO-LANE against the floor or a wall. Small movements, nothing heroic.

  3. 03

Stretch. Loop SCENIC ROUTE around one foot, or rest your hands on MILE MARKERS. Stay for a few slow breaths.

  4. 04

Move. Slip a CLOVERLEAF loop above your knees and take a few steps side to side.

All of it fits on LAYOVER. All of it comes in ROAD TRIP.

Why cork

Cork is bark. It's light for its size, firm under your weight, and it has a texture you can feel through your hands. It also doesn't look like gym equipment, so it can live in the corner of the living room instead of under the bed.

Every piece that takes your weight is cork: the roller, the balls, the peanut ball, the blocks and the top of the mat. The strap and loops are soft woven fabric, because a stretch needs some give.

FAQ

I'm not an athlete. Is this for me?+

Yes. EZ Health is made for people who sit most of the day and want ten easy minutes on the floor. No experience, class or coach needed.

How long does the routine take?+

About ten minutes. Do one step or all four.

Do I need the whole set?+

No. Start with THE LONG WAY and LAYOVER and add pieces later. ROAD TRIP costs less than buying all seven separately.

Why cork instead of foam?+

Cork is a natural material with a firm feel and a natural texture, and it looks good enough to leave out.

How do I clean it?+

Wipe the cork pieces with a damp cloth and let them air dry. For the strap and loops, follow the care label.

I have an injury or a health condition. Can I use it?+

Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise routine. EZ Health makes exercise equipment, not medical devices, and it isn't a substitute for care from a professional. Stop if anything hurts.
